Golf Medical Coach – approved by MD Org (24 FP)

We are really proud that the Organisation of Medical Doctors confirmed the Education Program.

The MD´s are very important to support their patients to quit suffering of pain.

The classic Swing System foundet by Ben Hogan 1939 is unphysiological because of the torsions and cross power to the joints, discs, back etc. The Free-Release-Method reduce this stress up to 99%. The optimized Biomechanics of the FRM improve the energy transfer to the ball. Frank Drollinger recommend to use the Turning Shoe to reduce the stress to the ball after impact.

Improve Your Transfer of Energy to the Golf Ball

By Frank Drollinger #1 Golf Biomechanics

The good news: you will find your best golf in the future. I have developed the Free-Release-Method. “Free-Release” means that your swing has no resistance during the motion. I have optimized some main functions of body motions as recorded by Ben Hogan 80 years ago.

  1. Set up:

In the set up your body weight is divided equally between both feet. You are perfectly balanced; your head stays in the middle and moves only after your club has hit the ball.

  1. Backswing:

Start your backswing with the right hip and shoulder, and rotate around your spine; slowly but under pressure; your body weight stays 50:50, keep your left arm stretched. Do not turn your hip more than 45 degrees.

  1. Downswing:

Start your downswing with the right big toe. The goal is to speed up your hip. If you can watch the moment of impact, have a look at your hip position. If the hip is in the same position as at the set up you will create no power. Your hip should be already turned 15 to 30 degrees towards the target.

Attention: an ideal active hip rotation is very difficult; you need a very good workout program for this; I recommend a daily training of 5 minutes with the Golf Power Trainer. I developed this training aid especially to help golfers to improve their active leg work.

4. Shortly before impact:

Perform a positive body weight transfer, your wrist will speed the club through the ball. Attention: I recommend wearing the Turning Shoe, because this technique will reduce the strain placed on your joints, cartilage, bones, ligaments, spine and disks.

  1. After impact and finish position:

After impact, turn using the mechanical joint in the Turning Shoe. Your eyes focus on the ball towards the target.

Advantages of the Free-Release-Method: less lateral hip movement, no hypermobile point of gravity, repeatable and high end impact quality, improved energy transfer, improved precision, optimal ball spin, perfect ball flight. If you use the Turning Shoe you will not exert stress on the body, and you will have more fun and a better health. Incidentally, the Free-Release golf swing is four times simpler than the old Ben Hogan Method.

Frank Drollinger #1 Golf Biomechanics is the successor to Ben Hogan, because he has optimized the main functions in the swing method that is more than 80 years old. He has optimized the energy transfer to the ball and measures these results with double radar. Tour players are able to improve their game by up to 10 % – amateurs by up to 20 %. Drollinger has created an education program with a 100% money back guarantee. He has also developed the Turning Shoe in order to reduce the strain, protect joints and the cartilage – for golfers of all ages and especially for golfing kids. The Golf Power Trainer is the first training tool with which the student is able to train active leg work, stabilize the central axis and achieve a repeatable swing plane.

Don´t ask the Green-Keeper II

“If you’ve got a bad back, try swinging more upright with less body rotation. Bad left knee? Play the ball back in your stance, and stay on your right side. There are few legitimate reasons for not playing to a decent level because of an injury.” Jim McLean, Golf Digest Online.

…i recomend: FRS – ask the special educated Golf Medical Coach (all MD´s) Free-Release and a Golf Biomechanic Coach Free-Release and !!!!!!! use the Turning Shoe to reduce the stress.

Sweden POWER – Free-Release High End

Today we have a Meeting with our friends from Sweden. Eric and Magnus: Eric hit 40 Balls, measured with double radar and fixed with a high speed camera Eric PGA Head Coach needs only 2 tips for fine tuning. I say -he is #1Golf Biomechanic Pro in Demo. His hip at the moment of impact was perfect..30 to 35 degrees.

Magnus is the “Sweden-Brain” -he is a high end Free-Release Physio. Together we are a very good team.

Physiologic Swing – please ask not the Golf Medical Coach – Ask the Greenkeeper

Oh my godness – i recomend to use from the first moment the Turning Shoe..

Ask the Golf Medical Coach educated in relation to the FREE-RELEASE-METHOD and do not ask normally good Teaching Pros who have no special medical education

..Have a nice day Frank

Improve your energy transfer to the Golf Ball

By Frank Drollinger #1 Golf Biomechanics

The good news: you will find your best golf in the future. I developed the  Free-Release-Method, this means your swing will have no resistance during the motion. I optimize some main functions Ben Hogan has written down 80 years ago.

  1. Set up:

in the set up your body weight is 50:50 on both foots. You are perfect balanced; your head stays in the middle and moves first after your club hit the ball.

  1. Back Swing:

start your backswing at the right hip and shoulder around your spine; slow but under pressure; your body weight stays 50:50, stretch your left. Turn your hip not more than 45 degrees.

  1. Downswing:

Start your downswing with the right big toe. The goal is to speed up your hip. If you have the possibility to picture the moment of impact have a look at your hip position. If the hip is in the same position like at the set up you will create no power. Your hip should be turned 15 to 30 degrees in the goal direction.

Attention this is very difficult; you need a very good workout program fort his; i recommend a daily training of 5 minutes with the Golf Power or Balance Trainer. I developed this training aid special to help golfers to find their active leg work.

4. Short before impact:

Make a positive body weight transfer, your writ will speed the club through the ball. Attention I recommend to use the Turning Shoe, because this technique will reduce the stress to your joints, cartilage, bones, ligaments, spine and disks.

  1. After impact and Finish position

Turn after impact with the joint in the Turning Shoe. Your eyes focus the ball to the goal

Advantages of the Free-Release-Method: less lateral hip transfer, no hypermobil point of gravitation, repeatable and high end impact quality, improved energy transfer, improved precision, optimal ball spin, perfect ball flight. If you use the Turning Shoe  you will have no stress to the body and more fun and better Handicap. By the way, the swing is 4 times simpler than the old Ben Hogan Method.

Frank Drollinger #1 Golf Biomechanics, is the follower of Ben Hogan, because he optimized main functions in the more than 80 years old swing method. He optimized the energy transfer to the ball and measure this results with double radar. Tour players are able to improve their game up to 10 % – Amateurs up to 20 %. Drollinger has a education program with a 100% money back guarantee. He also developed the Turning Shoe to reduce the stress and protect golfing kids cartilage. The Golf Power Trainer is the first training tool with witch the student is possible to train the active leg work, fixed core and repeatable swing plan.

Active Health protection for golfing kids! Please Help!

All Kid Orthopedic Doctors know that the cartilage of kids is more violative and sensible than other cartliage. The problem : cartilage has no nerves. so the kids fell no pain. This is the reason why the trainers have so much responsibility to protect the cartilage of golfing kids. To protect them against torsion, sisser-power and friction it is the best to use the Turning Shoe. Prof. Wank measured that with the TS we are able to protect the trosion, friction and sisser-power to the joint up to 99%. Please Help to protect the health of golfing kids. Night-Watchman: shoul i ask him for medical expertise?

Today there was a guy who said to me: Frank, i asked my Golf Pro about the medical work of the Turning Shoe; he said he don´t see a medical solution and he believes there are only 0,2 % of all Golfers who are injured. I said to him: we had over 100 Medical Doctors educated in the Free-Release-Method;and they stand behind the medical solution like one fist. I asked him if he has health problems in the future, would he trust his medical doctor or his golf pro to give an expertise…then he opened his mind…read the medical expertise…then he read the kinematic expertise…then he tried a swing with and without the Turning Shoe…now he is one of our biggest Turning Shoe fans; …i am one of the best friends of Golf Pros; but i see that they are overburden to give physiological expertises; this was one of the reason i opened the the Golf Medical Coach line….to make the team fot students better and help Golf Pros to do a good work…

New Studie: Hip position in the impact: Ben Hogan Method versus Frank Drollinger´s Free-Release Method

I made a study with 1100 Golfers about their hip position in the time sequenze of the ball impact. I figured out that 99% of the Ben Hogan  Method users have no hip motion at the impact.  Pro Golfer increased this passive efect because they try to have a lateral hip shifting. So it is prooved that the traditional Ben Hogan has what i call passive hip rotation and passiv leg work. The result of this biomechanics research with 1.100 Golers:

1. they reduce their power

2. the stress reaction to the hip is really bad and unphysiological

The positive converse situation we find in the Free-Release-Method: active leg work, active hip rotation and healty swing motion.

What is the big picture of the Free-Release-System

i invent the Turning Shoe to reduce the stress in my ankle – it works. After this we figured out that there is a big health protection and therapie picture behind ths. So i had a look at the basic swing method and optimized it in up to 5 main functions. I call it Free-Release. So because i optimize main functions i am able to improve e v e r y o n e s energy transfer to the ball. We measure with double radar – so it is easy to compare. Tour players from 5 to 10 % – avid golfer from 5 to 20 % and hobby golfers up to 35 %. The next #1, the followers of the stars today will use the FRM. They have to putt on a high – high level – the same than today – but they have to improve their biomechanics / Driving Accuracy and Green in Regulation….have a nice day
