Frank Drollinger is the follower of Ben Hogan

Ben and i would be very good friends. Because i have deep respect that he has writen the basic of the ground swing model the Teaching Organizations use today. Of course there are some variations, but the main functions are the same.

The Methode of Frank Drollinger is based on the ideas of Ben. But we optimize 3 main functions:

1. negative bodyweigthtransfer during balance 1 – we try to fix the body weight during b1

2. turning over the left knee – i transfer the use of the knee joint to the Turning Shoe; be figured out that this old swing motion injure golfers

3. the old swing plan is oval – my swing plan is more circled

With this mehtod i am able to improve the energy transfer to the ball and improve the impactquality repeatable

Leading Technique – The Free-Release-Method

A leading technique has his place as leading technique if there is no other method with better results.

Also i am the follower of Ben Hogan because we optimize 3 main functions.

1. negative body weight transfer during the back swing

2. the horizontal oval swing plan changed to a nearly circle swing plan

3. we do not turn over the knee joint – we turn over the mechanical joint in the truning shoe

The FRM is ethic perfect, protects health and improves the energy transfer to the ball.

Also the swing quality gets repeatable.

Turning Shoe

The Turning Shoe reduce the stress, torque and cross power to the body of all golfers. We measured that we are able to reduce 750 lbs stress. Also we care about fractures in bones, supinaton in ligaments, stress to ankle, tibia, knee, back, spine and discs.

Hello Everybody,

this is my blog. My name is Frank Drollinger i am the inventor of the FREE-RELEASE Golf Swing Method. This Blog is open for everyone. My intrests are only Golf – Biomechanics, Improve Performance, Health Protection and therapie injured Golfers. Also improve the Energy Transfer to the ball. My basic work are research by measurements.

Free-Release means Free-Release: this say i optimize the biomechanic of the basic swing method (80 years old) so that there is no resitance or nearly no torque during the swing.

I am #1 if we talk about Golf-Biomechanics: it is not my desire to mark statements like this – but it is the truth and i am not able to say i am #2. Why: because of the results we measure. There are two views: performance and medical.

For the medical part i have developed a shoe with a Turning Sole; he reduce the stress after the impact up to 99%.

For the performacne i have optimized the biomechanics. This we are able to measure with the energy transfer factor “Smash7″ and with the help of double radar machines.

The FREE-RELEASE-Method is also with a factor 3 simpler to learn than all other traditional swing methods. One big gole of my work is the healt protection of golfing kids.
