Basic Swing Method Free-Release; Frank Drollinger

  1. Set up in balance
  2. Start the back swing with the right hip, try to fix the point of gravitation, slow down the tempo, strecht the left arm
  3. Rotation hip and arms until shoulder are 90 degree , basic axis ist he neutral axis
  4. Downswing starts together with the right toe to speed up the hips, also rotation with the arms
  5. Weight transfer short bevor impact through the ball
  6. Active leg work
  7. Swing through until finish

I recomend to use the Turning Shoe for to transfer the stress out of the body; all other shoes makes the swing unphysiological

To act active legwork the body weight during Balance 1 has to be in balance to both legth.
